Our renowned Stepco Stair Stringers are manufactured here in our factory to the highest standards.
Stepco stocks 1-step to 17-step hot dip galvanised stringers, featuring a 175mm rise and 254mm going. Custom fabrication is available to meet specific needs.
Made from high-strength Australian steel (dual grade 350/450), these stringers use a 100x50mm RHS with fully welded brackets. They are hot dip galvanised with a 45-micron thick zinc coating (AS4680 standard), and the tread brackets are pressed from grade 300 material for durability.
All Stepco steel stringers are hand fabricated in a precision jig that is pre-cambered to prevent distortion during manufacture and installation. This process ensures consistent alignment, structural integrity, and a high-quality finished result on site.
Finishes include hot dip galvanised (in stock), marine-grade industrial primer (optional), and powder coating in any colour (optional).
